• Igv milde type 4 allergie (bv. milde rash na enkele dagen):
  cefepime HD IV + metronidazole SD PO/IV
  (+ amikacine HD IV éénmalig indien sepsis of septic shock)

• Igv type 1 allergie (bv. anafylaxie, urticaria,...):
  cefepime HD IV met eerst testdosis + metronidazole SD PO/IV
  (+ amikacine HD IV éénmalig indien sepsis of septic shock)
  
  of meropenem SD IV
  (+ amikacine HD IV éénmalig indien sepsis of septic shock)

• Igv ernstige type 4 allergie (bv. Stevens-Johnson, TEN, DRESS,...):
  vancomycine IV + ciprofloxacine SD PO/IV + metronidazole SD PO/IV
  (+ amikacine HD IV éénmalig indien sepsis of septic shock)
