  cefuroxime HD IV
  (+ amikacine HD IV éénmalig indien sepsis of septic shock)
  (+ metronidazole SD IV/PO indien abdominale focus)

• Igv type 1 allergie (bv. anafylaxie, urticaria,...):
  cefuroxime HD IV met eerst testdosis
  (+ amikacine HD IV éénmalig indien sepsis of septic shock)
  (+ metronidazole SD IV/PO indien abdominale focus)
  of meropenem SD IV
  (+ amikacine HD IV éénmalig indien sepsis of septic shock)

• Igv ernstige type 4 allergie (bv. Stevens-Johnson, TEN, DRESS,...):
  vancomycine SD IV + ciprofloxacine SD IV/PO
  (+ amikacine HD IV éénmalig indien sepsis of septic shock)
  (+ metronidazole SD IV/PO indien abdominale focus)
